The hotel is functional with delicious breakfasts and excellent staff. The atmosphere of the venue is quiet. The room is new-fashioned, air conditioned and has inner courtyard views. The cost is £ 45. Thank you for a very special stay.

Unfortunately the spa/pool was for a fee (15 Euro), this was not described anywhere, is not in order, because nowhere mentioned!!!!! :(

The location is very good - close to the old town and the Guggenheim Museum.
The rooms are very sensitive - the shower is very small - there is no change at breakfast, and the things that should be warm are cold (eggs, bacon etc.).

The location is simply great, in the middle of the city, you can reach everything on foot. The hotel has been beautifully renovated and well equipped. The rooms are large (have only a small window), the bathrooms are good (bathtub for showering). The breakfast is also really fine and varied.

The double room was huge and impressive. A bidet in the private bathroom was a plus.- The location was marvelous, in Bilbao downtown, with a particularly good view.- I thoroughly enjoyed how kind the staff is, will definitely go back there again.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, it's right in the centre of Bilbao close to the train station and within a short distance of the Guggenheim area.
The shower could have been a bit bigger, it was just a standard cubicle shape that you would find at home. The breakfast buffet was also poor. I was glad that our reservation included breakfast but if I had to pay the extra 15 euro for the buffet I would have eaten at a café instead. The buffet was certainly not worth 15 euro.
